Any approved services, cleaning areas, frequency, pricing, scheduling, responsibilities, and exclusions will be stated in a separate written service agreement. General industrial cleaning does not include machinery, energized equipment, hazardous materials, regulated work, food-contact areas, or specialist tasks unless separately verified and included in writing.
